We want you to love your BoardGameGeek apparel as much as your favorite tabletop classic, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the fabric is free of any house-rule modifications or wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Quest

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Loot

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected just like a limited edition expansion pack.

• 3.
  Ship Your Parcel

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Reward

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
